A conversation about food and dining and dumplings
To think about food, where it is from, how we gather our ingredients and prepare them, how we prepare for a meal and what we will pass on; what recipes, traditions, and rituals we send forward to the next generation.
We finish with reflections from guests with a special interest in the procuring, preparation, consumption and preservation of food and dining culture and will finish with an exchange of receipes.
